Richard Rider, Oakmont's president, tells GlobeSt.com that the development spotlight will be on Southern California and its homeport of Atlanta. He isn't discussing the 25.4-acre sale other than to say "the partners thought it was a good time to exit the asset" and adding there are no immediate plans to look for more land to develop in Dallas.

The International Airport Centre, located at 601 and 615 Westport Parkway in Grapevine, is fully leased to five tenants: Sears Logistics Services, DHL Danzas, Panalpina, AIT Worldwide Logistics and Corinthian Doors. According to the Tarrant Appraisal District, the asset is assessed at close to $16.8 for 2003, up from $12.5 million in 2002. Chris Riley of Trammell Crow Co. and Dave Anderson with CB Richard Ellis Inc. co-brokered the transaction.
