All three properties in the portfolio were sold by Crescent Resources LLC. They were Prima Vista Crossing in Port St. Lucie, Kash n' Karry Shopping Center in Tampa and Gateway Crossings in Orlando. Kash n' Karry anchors the one center that bears its name. The other two centers--Prima Vista Crossing and Gateway Crossings--are anchored by Publix supermarkets. The three high-quality neighborhood shopping centers have a total of 217,971 sf of rentable space.
