Finish-out has begun for the Colony Group, an insurance administration and sales operation, which is planning to take over the 9,000-sf expansion space March 1. Jim Watkins of Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix tells GlobeSt.com that the tenant looked around before penning a deal to replace one that was set to expire in September. "The company is expanding rapidly and doing well," he says of the growth since its buyout by Argonaut Insurance Co. of Menlo Park, CA.
The Colony Group is the second largest tenant in the 151,000-sf building positioned in an urban office and retail corridor at 7272 E. Indian School Rd. Building owner AFP Scottsdale LLC of San Francisco was represented by Watkins and Lee & Associates' Steve Whitehead. The tenant's team consisted of Mike Kettrell and May Patyk with KBK Real Estate Advisors of Scottsdale.
