Built in 1990, Plains Mall was renovated in 2001 and received a new façade. A number of outparcels were also developed at the time for several fast food restaurants and a freestanding drugstore. The property is anchored by a 60,000 sf Victory Supermarket. Other retail tenants include Brooks Drug, Blockbuster Video and Subway.
According to Koury, the property was well situated to service the needs of the community due to its strategic position at the intersection of two state highways. It is also on the main route most frequently traveled by residents of Milford traveling to andfrom Route 495.
