The park is located in the Cincinnati suburb of Sharonville, off Exit 7 from I-275. Features of the facility include a flow-through design and ample parking in a business park environment. Other leases for space in the building are under negotiation, according to local sources.

David Kelly, market officer for ProLogis, could not be reached for comment. Space a the park is being marketed at a blended net rate of $3 per sf per year, according to officespace.com.

ProLogis controls 237.2 million sf in 1,759 distribution facilities in North America, Europe and Asia.
