In addition to the quality of the property, developers are also touting its easily accessible address on Commerce Court. "Collington's location on Rte. 301 just south of Routes 50 and 214 offers convenient access to Washington, Annapolis, Baltimore, and Richmond along with executive neighborhoods in Annapolis and Bowie," Gingery notes. Work on the facility is scheduled to get underway this spring, with a target completion date of late 2004.
