"They've been in the building for more than 10 years, and they've extended the lease with the additional space until June 2014," Advantis' Stephen Mutty Tells GlobeSt.com. Mutty and colleague Creighton Armstrong spearheaded the transaction on behalf of St. Joe.
Situated in the city's central business district, the 12-story at 1750 K St. was built in 1970 and became a part of St. Joe's portfolio in late 2001 when the real estate company purchased it from GIBG for nearly $38 million. A class B facility, the structure also features fully leased ground-level retail space. Other tenants carrying the address are the American Council for Capital Formation, the Industrial Truck Association, and trademark and copyright services firm Thomson & Thomson.
