The center is located in a middle-income census tract, where the median family income was $74,311 a year in 2003. The five-mile trade area has a population of more than 200,000.
Hired by OXV Associates LP to sell the property, CB Richard Ellis first vice president Michael Margolis was the sole broker in the deal. Also in this Philadelphia suburb, CB Richard Ellis has a vacant 65,000-sf store at 280 Middletown Blvd. under contract. The property, on 6.7 acres, was offered late last month at $2.8 million.
