The North Texas Metro Hospital features six operating rooms, 16 short-stay beds, 22 recovery rooms, a state-of-the-art diagnostic and imaging center as well as treatment and procedure rooms. GSR Andrade Architects and the Curtis Group, both based in Dallas, designed the project, now being built by Hill & Wilkinson Ltd. of Plano.
Scott Lynn, director and principal, and Brandon Miller, senior associate, of Dallas-based Metropolitan Capital Advisors Ltd., arranged construction financing with Regions Bank in Dallas. Cirrus Group, led by Bill Hutchison, pre-leased the project to 40 doctors for general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, bariatrics, plastic surgery, podiatry, urology and pain management. Completion is set for spring 2005 on a tract along the side of Mayhill Road.
