Gregg Sherman, Tyler Wilson and Blake Hastings joined the firm's office properties force while Patrick Sinnott and Timothy Brislin were added to the land division and Kent Hanson was brought on board for the industrial group.

Sherman, with more than seven years of sales experience in finance and technology, will serve as an associate representing mid-size to large buyers and tenants in both the Phoenix and East Valley markets and nationally. With more than 16 years' experience, Wilson, formerly a tenant representative with Equis Corp. who also worked with Insignia/ESG in New York City, will represent tenants in the downtown and Central Avenue submarkets in Phoenix. Hastings, with two years of finance and sales experience, will focus on the leasing and sales of properties in the Scottsdale office submarket.

Sinnott, who holds an MBA in Business Administration from Oxford, will work with the current team of land brokers, focusing on the eastern areas of Maricopa County. Brislin will work as an associate in the land division, focusing on western portions of Maricopa County. A top sales representative in the copier industry with more than 10 years' experience, Hanson will represent tenants and building owner in the Southeast Valley as the newest member of the industrial properties division.
