The private dining club will make its home in the two-story, 825,000-sf retail portion of the mixed-use development, where retail space is marketed through Divaris Real Estate for $25 to $35 per-sf. Divaris represented property owner Town Center Associates in the deal, while Koleszar Properties stood in for the tenant.
Situated on 25 acres in Virginia Beach's CBD, the Town Center is still in the development stages but already has a tenant list boasting a "who's who" in popular retail and dining establishments. City Club's neighbors will include California Pizza Kitchen, the Cheesecake Factory, and PF Chang's China Bistro. City Club officials are planning the site's opening for Feb. 10.
