The 33 West Broadway LLC picked up the 33 W. Broadway property on 1.2 acres for about $150,000 less than its original $1.2-million asking price in a deal with former owner Broadway Investment Group of Mesa, Mark Wilke, with NAI Horizon's Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com. The three single-story buildings on the southeast corner of Drew Street and Broadway Road in Mesa, which once served as the home of a True Value Hardware store, will be used as a retail and storage facility for the new owner, Brown Family Communities.

Wilcke and Joe Cryan, also with NAI Horizon, represented the seller in the transaction. Eric Bell of Colliers International in Phoenix bargained for the buyer.
