Copperwood Properties LLC of Salem picked up the Bethany Professional Square at 6040 N. 7th St. in Phoenix two weeks after seller, RGHS Building Venture of Phoenix, put the property up for bid, Steve Gonzalez with Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com. He says the buyer was searching for new investment opportunities in the Phoenix market and moved quickly to capture the 92%-leased property before another of the several prospective buyers could score the win. "There's interest in just about every offering right now," Gonzalez says of the quick sale. The office complex, built in 1975, leases for about $16.25 per sf.
Gonzales, along with Jamie Medress and Chris Keenan, also with Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was self-represented.
