The new location for Linkworld, which distributes computer CPU cases and keyboards, is at 670 Endeavor St. in Voit Brea Business Park, according to Karl Heim of the Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis, who represented the buyer, along with Shawn Kelter of the firms Anaheim office. The company will be relocating from two buildings, one leased property of 30,589 sf and one owned facility of 12,627 sf, both in Brea. The property was sold by Voit Brea Business Park, LLC of Woodland Hills, which was represented by Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial Brokerage.
In the Irvine transaction, according to Brian Childs of NAI Capital Commercial, Brookline Aliso Viejo LLC bought a 9,900-sf office building on Research Drive from Bren/Nexus, which represented itself.
In the third sale, LTM Properties bought a 15,184-sf office building at 3720 S. Susan St. in Santa Ana from Mark IV Capital Properties for nearly $1.7 million, according to George Economos and Steve Economos of NAI Capital Commercial, who represented both the buyer and the seller. The buyers will be relocating from Costa Mesa and will occupy the second floor of the building.
