Dolinoy, a former president of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc., will oversee investor and client relations as well as marketing activities from GMAC Institutional Advisors' Irvine, CA office. He also was in charge of Equitable Real Estate Institutional Advisors, and is credited with helping that company establish itself as a major pension fund advisor.
Closer to home, Conway will be based in the company's Horsham, PA office, where he will oversee real estate equity investment strategy. He oversaw 50 pension portfolios with more than $17 billion in investments in his former job, president of Lend Lease Real Estate Investment Advisors.
