Cexec will occupy approximately 21,500 sf under a seven-year lease in Commerce Executive V, a 180,000-sf structure developed in 1989. The company will begin occupying its space at 11440 Commerce Dr. in April. SAIC will make its home in a 21,800-sf space within the 150,000-sf Commerce Executive IV, which was built in 1988 and carries the address of 11400 Commerce Dr. SAIC, which plans to move in next month, signed a two-year lease.
