Interconnecting Products will pay $210,552 to building owner, ICP 400 LLC of Scottsdale, under a 44-month lease on the 7419 W. Boston St. property, James Harper, with Trammell Crow Co.'s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com. Harper says the circuit board maker, which will relocate from about 5,000 sf at the Fry Road Business Park in Chandler just a few miles away, selected the site because of its location near the Loop 202 and Interstate 10 freeways.
The company will fill space formerly occupied by a printing firm which moved out of the Southgate center about a year ago, says Harper, who along with Trammell Crow brokers Mark Detmer and Bo Mills represented both parties in the lease transaction.
