Florida Rock Properties will build the facility at the 60-acre business park, which sits at the intersection of Route 100 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. "Anne Arundel County offers us the ability to consolidate operations into a new, state-of-the-art facility, which will enable us to provide more efficient services for our customers," says Adtech senior vice president John Kreider. The terms of Adtech's leasing agreement with FRP have not been disclosed, but a vacant new facility in the park is currently being marketed at $5.75 per sf. Colliers Pinkard, handles leasing for the business park and represented FRP in the transaction, while Studley stood in for the tenant.
