United Properties will construct the office/showroom facility, which will feature 18-ft clear height ceilings, one dock per bay and 40-ft by 40-ft column spacing. Architectural Concept Glass, owned by KAS, will occupy about 10,000 sf. Up to five other buyers will share ownership in the property for which they will pay association fees pro-rated based on their square footage.
