Southfield-based Grubb & Ellis also says it has added more than half a million sf of industrial space to its listings portfolio in the month of December. The company said in December, it added 590,684 sf of industrial space; 158,188 sf of office space and 1,621 sf of retail space to its portfolio. The brokerage also listed 3.34 acres of land.
