Infinity Mortgage, which specializes in originating residential mortgages for one- to four-family homes, is moving its headquarters here from nearby Morris Plains, NJ.
"We have experienced exponential growth since the company's inception, and we look forward to the move as an integral part of our long-term business plan," according to Michael J. Pollio. Along with Nick Mastrandrea and Robert Vezza, Pollio founded the firm in 1994.
Rick Genthe, senior leasing director for Lincoln Property Co., was responsible for the transaction on the ownership side. The Dallas-based company has its New Jersey offices in Edison. The tenant, meanwhile, was represented by Bryn Cinque and James Bailey of GVA Williams, Parsippany, NJ.
