Southwest Post-Tension Systems inked the three-year deal with building owner, Harry Ross Industries of Malibu, CA after searching for a Phoenix location for several months, Jeff Conrad, with Lee & Associate Arizona's Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com. The price tab on the lease is just over $300,000 for the three-year term.

"It's one of the very few buildings in the area that offered that kind of yard and outside storage," Conrad says of the firm's selection of the 2940 W. Osborn Rd. location. The company manufactures and warehouses post-tension systems for tilt-wall buildings.

Conrad, along with Stein Koss, also with Lee & Associates, represented the tenant in the transaction. Pat Takash, owner of PT Property Services in Phoenix, brokered terms for the property owner.
