Global Finance will move into a 3,103-sf office the coming weeks from the Katy Freeway, Mark Pillsbury with the Navisys Group in Houston tells GlobeSt.com. In March, First Choice Management Group Inc., asset manager for Juniper Investment Group, will occupy a 3,056-sf office, taking a spot in the same building as its client, Pillsbury says of the planned relocation from 2650 Fountain View Dr., owned by Boxer Property Co.
Acting for the park's limited partnership owner from Houston, Pillsbury handled the First Choice transaction and Virgil Hydes with the Navisys Group single-handedly brokered the Global Finance deal. First Choice had Brian McMackin in Lincoln Property Co.'s Houston office as its broker. The duet's address is now 96% occupied, according to Pillsbury.
Pin Oak Office Park is a five-building property in Houston's southwest submarket. The asking rate ranges from $16.50 per sf to $18.50 per sf.
