Parkway, which had previously handled leasing duties in-house, picked the Atlanta office of PM over several other candidates. Steve Dils, senior vice president and director of PM's Atlanta region, calls the REIT's local assets "quality office buildings."

They include Hightower Center I and II--8300 and 8302 Dunwoody Pl.--which offer 79,601 sf and are 82% leased; the 119,000-sf Lakewood II, 2233 Lake Park Dr., which is 98% leased; Pavilion Center One at 9755 Dogwood Rd., which at 44,500 sf is 83% leased; Meridian Northwest, located at 1995 Park Pl. SE, which is 104,473 sf and is 79% leased; the 57,770-sf Roswell North at 8010 Roswell Rd., which is 87% leased; and Peachtree Dunwoody Pavilion, 5775 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd., tipping the scales at 354,000 sf and 85% leased.

The average asking base rent at Lakewood II is $18 per sf; Meridian, $17.50; Pavilion Center One, Roswell North and Hightower Centre I and II, $16.50; and Peachtree Dunwoody Pavilion, $17.50 to $18.50.

Working with Dils on the leasing assignment are PM vice presidents Bill Langley and Kendrick Armistead.
