The property is located on 17 acres within the 62-acre business park. It provides Spitz with the potential for expanding the existing structure or subdividing the parcel into individual building lots. Exposure of the 17-acre property increased significantly with the recent completion of Bypass Loop Road, which connects Rtes. 1 and 202 here.

Steve Italiano, SVP, and Kevin McClernon, first VP in the Wayne, PA-based office of CB Richard Ellis, were the sole brokers in negotiating the agreement between Spitz and Brandywine. They also arranged Brandywine Partners' purchase of the property in 1987, and currently have sale agreements pending for two additional sites within the park.

Spitz has designed, manufactured and installed more than half of the planetarium systems and projection domes in the world, including the Fels Planetarium at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. It was founded in 1946 and specializes in theater design, show control systems, astronomical simulation, hemispheric video projection, audio systems and domes.
