The transaction was closed by J.C. Giordano III, a principal, and Charles H. Dillon, vice president, of the New Jersey office of the Staubach Co., Murray Hill. Orangewood had in-house representation. The signing came through a referral by Jim Ballard, a vice president in Staubach's Dallas office, who has a longstanding relationship with Freeman, according to Giordano.
Freeman is a full-service contractor for expositions, conventions, exhibits and corporate and other special events. The company uses the location to support its operations in the metro New York/New Jersey region.
