Aric J. Adams and Robert J. Hubbard have been paired in a specialty push for multi-tenant general industrial properties ranging from 2,000 sf to 20,000 sf, a niche market that the team identified as being underserved. Adams, who joined CBRE in 1998, has worked for the industrial specialty group for three years. He started his career with the company as a part of the research team specializing in industrial properties.
Hubbard, who has been with CBRE since 1999, began his commercial real estate career as a member of the CBRE Call Center Solutions Group. Since 2001, he has focused on industrial properties, conducting research and handling industrial sales and leasing transactions. The pair will handle properties for building owners landlords and smaller tenants throughout the Phoenix market.
