"The opening of this new facility in Warsaw provides the company with an ideal strategic placement as we continue to expand in both the Maryland and Virginia markets," Dialysis Corp. president and CEO Stephen Everett says.
Dialysis Corp. signed the lease with property owner Warsaw Village LP in July of last year. The seven-year lease officially began on Jan. 23, 2004. The agreement stipulates that Dialysis Corp. can exercise the option to renew the lease twice for five years on each occasion.
