The securitization group executives previously held vice president and manager designations. Leading the team is Kevin Streufert, with other Dallas promotions going to Bush Bowden, Rod Reppe Jr., Mark McClure and Paul Jankovsky Jr. In Los Angeles, Michael Singh earned the SVP title.
Streufert, with nearly 20 years' experience in the finance and commercial real estate fields, most recently specialized in the CMBS marketplace. He has worked extensively nationwide with troubled loan and REO portfolios for dozens of institutions, securities markets and CMBS bond portfolio/waterfall analysis as well as authored a book for the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Though based in Dallas, Bowden's territory is the northeast; Reppe, southeast; McClure, midwest; and Jankovsky, southwest. The L.A.-based Singh handles Archon's western region. Each new SVP has been at Archon for more than four years.
Also in Dallas, four loan officers won new berths as vice presidents. Promotions went to John Boerner, Will Flaa, Robert Thaggard and Lori Tittle.
