The local business owner and media personality, whose "EarthSmart Consumer" segments appear on local NBC affiliate station KARE 11's Today show, has reached a deal with the Lazear Agency in Minneapolis for future literary and broadcast projects. Carlson won several awards for creating cutting-edge environmental practices in the housing industry as CEO for Cities Management and SenEarthCo.com.
Carlson is also chair of the Minnesota Environmental Initiative, was a Governor appointee to the Minnesota Roundtable on Sustainable Development. In 2000, she was elected president of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association. About two years ago she decided to build a brand that shows consumers how "to have fun and stay healthy living a planet-friendly lifestyle."
