Jon Sarkisian, an executive vice president in the Marlton, NJ office of CB Richard Ellis, assisted by Brian Knowles, a first vice president in the firm's East Brunswick, NJ office, represented Pro Circuits in the negotiations. The tenant, an electronic and electro-mechanical manufacturer, provides software solutions for the electronics industry on a contract basis.
Pro Circuits had been located in smaller facilities in Cherry Hill Industrial Park in Cherry Hill, NJ. The move by the company's engineering and related manufacturing operations to East Gate Corporate Center, which is owned by Brandywine Realty Trust, follows a recently completed move by the company's offices, warehousing and additional manufacturing operations to East Gate.
