$1M Buys Last Sonoran Corporate Condo

Webegone LLC, of Scottsdale inked the purchase with seller Perimeter Office Ownership LLC of Scottsdale in a deal that will allow the new owner to move into the North Scottsdale office condo within 60 days, Scott German, with NAI Horizon's Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com. He says the building's location at 8328 E. Hartford Dr. in Scottsdale near both the Loop 101 Freeway and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard along with the property's glass-and-brick architecture, helped seal the deal with the buyer. The company will use the property for administrative offices, he says.

German, along with Steve Strand, also with NAI Horizon's Phoenix office represented the buyer in the transaction. Jim Wentworth with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial in Phoenix negotiated the transaction for the seller.
