The Trinity Church Assemblies of God signed the $102,002 lease in Hayden North, a single-story building at 10304 N. Hayden Rd., with building owner Vector Investments LLC of Scottsdale in a move that pushed the 12,414-sf, multi-tenant office building to 94% occupancy, Laura Becker, with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services tellsGlobeSt.com.
"The location was perfect for their congregation," says Becker, noting that the church, one of about 80 Assemblies of God in the Valley, will use the facility for Sunday services and a counseling center for its parishioners. Built in 1980, the building, located near Gold Dust and Hayden roads, is occupied by a mix of tenants that includes dental, chiropractic and mortgage offices. Becker handled the transaction for the building owner while the tenant was represented by Cynthia Christie-Lee with Coldwell Banker Success Realty in Phoenix.
