Adventa Control Technologies, a five-year tenant, has penned a three-year renewal for 15,000 sf in the 45,000-sf 3001 E. Plano Parkway, Todd R Noonan, senior associate with Stream Realty Partners LP in Irving, tells GlobeSt.com. The tenant, he says, extensively shopped before deciding to stop and re-up for the same amount of space in the two-building, 128,000-sf Plano Business Center.
The seven-year-old, 85%-leased park, with a quoted rate of $8 per sf net for flex space, is owned by a German investment group, which had Noonan and Stream's Russ Web negotiating on its behalf. Bob Hagewood and Brant Landry, both with Dallas-based Staubach Co., represented Adventa, a software developer for the semiconductor industry.
In Arlington, Auto Glass Distributing signed a medium-term lease for its three-year address at 351 Exchange Dr., a 34,400-sf building with a quoted rent of $5.75 per sf industrial gross in the Great Southwest Industrial District. Greg Morris of Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington brokered terms for the tenant, which held onto 8,500 sf with the new signing. Trey Fricke of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell in Fort Worth negotiated for the building owner, Vincent J. Stagliano of Plano.
