The move represents an expansion from 9,700 sf at 180 Sheree Blvd. here where the national tire conglomerate was located for the past 10 years and a consolidation of the company's northeast zone management offices with two Philadelphia district offices and its northeast training center. Approximately 40 personnel will move to the new location next month.

Taylor Young, VP with Conshohocken, PA-based Beacon Commercial Real Estate, represented Bridgestone/Firestone in cooperation with Bala Cynwyd, PA-based Corporate Realty Solutions. In-house broker Jason Slear represented the building owner, Huntington Valley, PA-based BET Investments. Bruce E. Toll, one of two brother-owners of the residential building firm, Toll Brothers, also based in Huntington Valley, heads BET Investments.
