The owner of the four-story, 169,212-sf class A building, the Archon Group of Chatham, NJ, was repped in-house by Fred Arena, director of commercial real estate, and Tom Monaghan, asset manager. USI Real Estate Brokerage Services of Stamford, CT was the outside broker. CSC is subleasing the space from AT&T, and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
CSC's building is part of Archon's four-building, 850,000-sf Atrium Corporate Park, whose current tenants also include Merck and Sun Microsystems. The 67-acre campus also has an undeveloped parcel that can be built out to as much as 325,000 sf and is currently being marketed as a build-to-suit.
