WASHINGTON, DC-Edison Electric Institute decides to hold on to its location at the Market Square office property on Pennsylvania Ave. and renews the lease on its 77,000-sf space.
"Edison Electric Institute has been at Market Square since the building opened in 1990," Bruce McNair of Advantis notes. While the financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, Equity Office markets space at the class A office facility for $54 per sf.
