Woodcrest Center, located off I-295, currently has 18 tenants and is anchored by a 25,652-sf Subzi Manzi supermarket, a tenant recently procured by Metro Commercial. Wheaton Plaza, meanwhile, is anchored by an Acme supermarket. Other tenants include Mandee's, Chow's Express Hard Times restaurant and Gullo's Hair Salon.
Metro Commercial Management currently manages 50 shopping centers totaling 5.8 million sf. Metro Commercial Real Estate is the exclusive leasing agent for 159 retail properties totaling more than 14 million sf and is the exclusive regional tenant rep for 30 retail chains.
