The four-year-old company, which manufactures and installs flooring, cabinets and organizational solutions for residential garages, has relocated from its former Scottsdale Airpark location into the 23,000-sf facility at 1616 W. Williams Dr. in a move that gives the firm expanded office, showroom, warehouse and manufacturing and distributionspace, Mark Linsalata with Lee & Associates' Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com.
"This location allowed them to expand a little more economically than they could in Scottsdale yet allows them access to the growth along the 101 corridor." says Linsalata, PremierGarage's broker. "The location also was ideal because it was just north of the Loop 101 and close to Interstate 17 so they could get to their clients Valley-wide"
The project was designed for the rapidly growing franchise by Winston Architects and built by SunState Builders of Tempe, which used in-house representation to close the sale.
