As part of the settlement, the Scotts retain ownership of the farm's other 35 acres. Jody Kablack, Subdury's planner, tells GlobeSt.com that the town intends to develop the site. She says that plans for the property are still unclear, but the town's planning board has expressed an interest in building a senior development. The site is zoned for residential use.
