For GVA Williams, CEO Eric N. Witmondt and associate director Colton Brown represented Maser. One River Associates, owner of the three-building campus, was represented by John O'Hearn of the Sitar Co.-Oncor International of Iselin, NJ.
Maser, an engineering consulting firm, will use the entire first floor and storage space of Building 2 of One River Center. The company's former headquarters, a 19,500-sf building in Matawan, was sold to a local financial services firm.
