Located at the junction of I-25 and I-225 in Denver Tech Center, Stanford Place 3 is a 365,487 rentable sf building. It is the largest building in the Denver TechCenter with views from all of its 17 stories.

The location allows easy access to the entire metro area and is well located to benefit from the extensive improvements to Interstate 25 and the addition of light rail to the southeast of Denver, according to Flannery. CMD currently has approximately 10 million sf in its portfolio.
