Colvin will oversee the day-to-day operations, marketing and syndication of Mammoth's real estate programs to the broker dealer community of financial advisors and securities brokers. Before joining Mammoth, Colvin was an executive and manager in commercial and multifamily lending with financial institutions since 1984.
O'Connor will coordinate and develop all internal marketing programs as well as manage corporate functions for clients and employees. She previously worked at Triple Net Properties LLC as a corporate events specialist.
Mammoth Equities develops, acquires and manages multi-tenant office and industrial properties throughout the Southwestern United States. The firm plans $1 billion in acquisitions during 2004-2005. The company was founded by Robert L. Wish, who has been managing real estate investments for clients since 1975.
