"We represented Novo Nordisk in their original lease for 79,000 sf at this property in 1999," according to Steve Tolcash, senior partner at Buschman Partners, Lawrenceville, NJ, who was the sole broker in the transaction. "They have continued to grow each year since then. The property offers them Route One exposure and signage."

The asset, owned by the Houston-based Patrinely Group, is located in the Route 1 corridor in the Princeton market, just south of Princeton Forrestal Village. Novo Nordisk, which specializes in diabetes and hemophilia care and hormone therapy, uses the location as its US headquarters.
