The three-story Holy Creek Apartment Homes will be arranged into neighborhoods and be connected to the new Town Center. The Town Center will be a 45,000-sf common area with an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, spa and fitness center. In addition, it will have two restaurants, a computer lab, library, and a small retail cetner.

"Our research shows that today's seniors want to remain active and live in a community that offers them an opportunity for friendship and camaraderie," says Russ DenBraber, CEO of Christian Living Campus. Plans also call for the development of the 54-unit Assisted Living Suites at Holly Creek. Residents living there will have priority access to higher levels of care.

Holly Creek Apartment Homes are being constructed by Pinkard Construction and will be designed by Denver-based RNL Design, the largest architectural firm in the Rocky Mountain region. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2005. Christian Living Campus has been providing Christian-centered services with independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and residential dementia care facilities since 1972.
