John Seiple, president and CIO for North America, will assume responsibility for the North American investment strategy, capital deployment and development activities. In addition, he will be responsible for Global Services activities and ProLogis Solutions. Seiple will chair both the North American Management Committee and the North American Investment Committee. Previously, Seiple was president and COO-North America.

Robert Watson, president of North American Operations, will assume responsibility for North American operations including the company's growing North American fund management business. Watson also will assume responsibility for North American customer service through ProLogis' marketing services and client services groups. Previously, Watson was president and COO-Europe.

"This change in organizational structure more closely aligns senior management activities with the changes made at the regional level in early 2003," says K. Dane Brooksher, ProLogis chairman and CEO. "The new alignment optimally positions the company to meet our aggressive goals for North America in the coming years."
