The largest of the duo is 14,200 sf, which has been reserved by A Ward Moving Inc. at 2324 Apollo Circle in Carrollton. The moving company, penciling a March 1 relocation on the calendar, will double the office/warehouse area in the move from Nova Drive after a three-year stay. Nathan Denton with Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial tells GlobeSt.com that the three-month search ended with a medium-term lease and capped a scouting expedition focused on the Carrollton-Farmers Branch area.

The moving company took half of a building owned by ANA Properties of Dallas. Denton says the new address came with "a very attractive rate and the overall space was a perfect fit." The building has 2,500 sf of office space and required minimal TIs on the warehouse component, he adds. Comparable space in the Addison Metropolitan submarket is fetching $5 per sf gross. Dave Thomson and Cody Woodland, both with Thomson Realty, represented the building owner.

In Arlington, RG Design Associates is staying put in 5,520 sf at 757 109th St. in the Lower Great Southwest Industrial District. The three-year tenant, an electronics design group, signed a short-term lease after a quick market survey, Greg Morris of Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington tells GlobeSt.com. The Dallas-based building owner of record, GT88 LP, was represented by Ken Wood of the Ken Wood Co. in Dallas, who is quoting a $5.01 per sf, full-service gross rate for the 46,104-sf flex structure at 755-765 109th St.
