In the largest of the signings, International Transport Solutions has taken a total of 29,308 sf of industrial space at 310 Paterson Plank Rd. in Carlstadt, NJ. The logistics company will use the facility as a combined headquarters and warehouse location.
In a pair of 12,000-sf leases, Just Rite Equipment has renewed its space at 92 North Main St. within Windsor Industrial Park in Windsor, NJ; and Applied Optronics has similarly renewed its occupancy at 111 Corporate Blvd. in South Plainfield, NJ.
Finally, Transworld Information Systems Inc. has leased 2,500 sf of office space at 485 Route 1 South in Iselin, NJ. Drew Persson of GVA Williams of NJ, Parsippany, was the co-broker in this transaction.
