Health Core committed to the space under a long-term lease agreement with property owner and manger Delle Donne & Associates, but financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. According to the NAI 2004 Global Market Report, class A office space in the Downtown area leases for an average of $23 per sf. The move will begin next month, taking place in two phases in which employees will occupy 16,000 sf of space at a time.
