Located on Virginia Beach Blvd. in the heart of the new $350 million mixed-use Town Center development that is currently underway, One Columbus Center became the city's first class A office high-rise back when it was developed in 1982. Executive Suites, which first opened its doors in 1985, occupies the entire sixth floor of the 11-story structure. Other tenants in the building include TransCommunity Bankshares, a bank holding company that just signed on for 4,200 sf of space earlier this month.
